Rumble GIT

Грохот ГИТ

Inertial screens of light type are designed for sorting by fractions of various bulk materials with a bulk density of up to 2.8 t / m³.

Heavy-duty screens are mainly intended for the mining industry .

* - для колосниковых грохотов

* when calculating the productivity of screens, the following indicators were taken into account:

  • the angle of inclination of the screen is -18º;

  • sieve mesh size: 100x100 mm - for grate screens; 70x70mm - for 1-deck screens; 70x70mm and 40x40mm - for 2-tier screens; 70x70mm, 40x40mm and 20x20mm - for 3-deck screens;

  • starting material - gravel-sand mixture;

  • moisture content of the material is less than 5%.

When the above parameters are changed, the estimated performance may change in one direction or another.

The productivity of inertial screens in technological lines must be calculated in each individual case, taking into account the following initial data: type of installed screens (wire, rubber or polyurethane); the required boundaries of separation of the material at each tier; sorting type (dry or with washing); type of source material requiring sorting (crushed or non-crushed material); granulometric composition of the starting material requiring sorting.

Screens consist of the following components: box, spring hangers, screening surfaces, vibrator, coupling and electric motor.

The principle of operation of an inertial inclined screen

The material intended for sorting enters the loading chute of the oscillating screen, after which, being thrown by the forcing force of rotation of the vibrator unbalances, it begins to move along the inclined upper screening surface towards the unloading side, while sifting through the mesh cells. The screened material enters the lower screening surface, on which it makes a similar movement.

The speed of material movement depends on the angle of inclination of the screening surfaces and the form of their vibrations.

Simple and reliable design of GIT screens manufactured by our company:

  • provides a round-the-clock work cycle with some technical breaks;

  • service and high intensity of screening;

  • protects threaded connections from sudden unscrewing;

  • prevents the penetration of dust into bearing assemblies;

  • provides an opportunity to include screens in crushing and screening complexes.

We offer our customers various options for completing GIT screens:

  • in support (standard) or suspended version;

  • with right-hand (standard) or left-hand drive;

  • with thick or liquid (denoted by the letter "M") lubrication of the vibrator bearings;

  • with the execution of the connection-beams of the screening box from pipes (standard) or from a channel;

  • with the use of fasteners made of high-strength hardware (standard) or with reinforced riveted fasteners (bolts with a clamping ring of the "Hack-bolt" or "MaxLok" type);

  • with a different combination or type of sieves (wire, string, rubber, polyurethane or grate);

  • with various types of sieve fasteners (wedges, hooks, folds, etc.);

  • with a flushing system (with spray devices based on nozzles) for wet screening (optional) on any deck;

  • in the version with dust shelters (option), with the possibility of attaching equipment for dust collection;

  • in general industrial (standard) or explosion-proof design.

Inertial screens are supplied both separately and as part of:

  • sorting units  KM US  (includes the screen itself, the discharge conveyor (if necessary), the support frame, service platforms);

  • loading and sorting units  KM UZS  type "MAXIMA" (includes a feeder, a screen, loading and unloading conveyors, support frame, service platforms).

  • loading and sorting units  KM UZS  type "BOGATYR" (includes a feeder, a screen, unloading conveyors, support frame, service platforms).

  • sorting and crushing units  KM USD  (includes screen, crusher, base frame, service platforms).

  • crushing and screening units  KM UDS  type "OPTIMA" (include a screen, crusher, loading and unloading conveyors, support frame, service platforms).

Units can be stationary, mobile or transportable .
